| Advanced Mail List Verify (AMV) works on the same algorithm as ISP mail systems do. Addresses for e-mail are extracted from a Domain Naming Server (DNS) and AMV tries to connect with SMTP-servers and simulates the sending of a message. It does not send the message though - AMV disconnects as soon as the mail server informs the program whether the address exists or not. The program is multithreaded, providing high speed verifying. There is also Socks5 proxy support for LAN users.
The new version of AMV is not just a stand-alone program - it can be easily integrated into existing systems using an open COM/ActiveX interface. The package includes detailed documentation and examples (for most major programming languages, including Borland Delphi, Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft Visual C++) for integrating Advanced Mail List Verify into your own software and Internet/Intranet servers based on Active Server Pages technology from Microsoft and ColdFusion from Allaire. AMV also supplies ISAPI and CGI modules for integrating it into Web servers that do not support server-side scripts. The program supports all popular file formats - from simple mailing lists to Windows (.wab) and TheBat (.abd) address books. It doesn't just show non-existing addresses, but also removes them from source lists and creates "exclusion" lists. ODBC SQL support is also present, allowing you to work with DBMS like MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS Access and even Microsoft Excel. Advanced MailList Verify can save time and money for businesses who send newsletters to their clients, nonprofit organizations who send bulletins to their members, or any person or business that needs to maintain a clean e-mail contact list.
