Windows NT - Image Viewers

Image viewers, also called graphic file managers, load and save image files as .GIF, .JPEG, etc. file formats. Many will allow you to view an entire directory of images by creating thumbnail images for every image in the directory. There are other sections for EDITING IMAGES and ANIMATING IMAGES.
