| Artizen ZE is a free, mid-range image editor program that offers tons of options not availble with most freeware. Utilizing 800-plus effects, tools and utilities, Artizen ZE will never leave you empty-handed. If the standard utilites aren't enough for you, there is support for a wide variety of plug-ins.
To make it even more customizable, the SDK is available so you can create your own effects. There is also support for multi-image layers and multi-text layers. If all of this seems overwhelming, there are online tutorials to walk you through.
