Description:

LivePaper has right-click support added to Internet Explorer, so changing the content of your Windows background is easy. At a user specified interval, LivePaper queries the image server and determines whether the image is newer than the local copy. If the server image has changed, LivePaper updates your Windows wallpaper with the latest image.

You can also monitor local radar, stock charts or Web cams. LivePaper can be used with local images.
