| SpamEater Pro will remove spam from your mailbox and notify you when there is new mail waiting, through a WAV file or popup message, or by launching your mail software.
The program will also connect with your ISP's mail server (through POP3) and check each e-mail message found there prior to your downloading the message with your e-mail client program. It compares the information in the message with your valid e-mail addresses and against an extensive listing of known spammers. If the message is found that isn't to one of your valid addresses (which you define), or if a match is found against the list of known spammers, then the message is deleted from the mail server.
